BARC Job Assistant Exam:

Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) will successfully carry out Preliminary Exam (MCQ Type) examination for the positions of August 2022.

Candidates who qualified for the Level 1 written exam are now awaiting exam dates for the Level 2: Advanced Exam, so that they can prepare for the same. There are many candidates who are searching and inquiring about exam dates from various sources. Exam dates will be published soon.

Selection process :

The selection process will be based on:

  • Preliminary Exam (MCQ Type)
  • Advanced exam (MCQ type)

Minimum percentage required:

Candidates scoring <40% in the overall category will be disqualified. For reserved candidates, the lower cut-off will not be set below 30%.

The duration of the time for the preliminary exam will be one hour and the exam will consist of 50 questions of 50 points that are distributed as:-

The number of candidates shortlisted for stage 2 will depend on the number of qualified candidates in stage 1, but will not exceed 4-5 times the number of openings. The final list of merits will be drawn up based on the scores obtained in Stage-2.

Note:- 3 points will be awarded for each correct answer and 1 point will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

For the advanced examthe duration of the time will be two hours and the exam will consist of 50 questions of 150 points that are distributed as:-

Sciences Consisting of speed, speed, gravity, cells, work, power, energy, force, magnitude, current, voltage, height, measurements, atomic structure, diseases, plants, bacteria, etc.
