CLAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility requirement for the UG program

  • Qualification exam: The candidate must have passed 10 + 2 or an equivalent exam from a recognized university or board.
  • Marks on the qualification exam: A minimum of 45% of grades is required in the grade of qualification to appear in CLAT 2020.
  • SC and ST candidates only need 40% grades.
  • Age limit: There is no upper age limit to appear in CLAT 2020
  • Others: Candidates who take the qualifying exams in March / April 2020 can also submit an application, subject to the fact that said candidates present evidence of having passed the qualifying exam at the time of admission.

Eligibility requirement for the PG program

  • Qualification exam: The candidate must have passed LLB or an equivalent exam from a recognized university.
  • Marks on the qualification exam: A minimum of 55% of qualifications or its equivalent is required for candidates belonging to the General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories.
  • SC / ST candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation on minimum grades.
  • Age limit: There is no upper age limit to appear in CLAT 2020
  • Others: Candidates who appear on the qualifying exams in April / May 2020 can also apply.

CLAT Admit Card 2020

The next edition of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for admission to National Law Universities (NLU) will take place on August 22, 2020. The NLU Consortium released a press release confirming the same. All applied candidates must and must download their CLAT 2020 admit card in August 2020 tentatively. CLAT Exam Pattern 2020 – UG, PG

There is a negative mark of 0.25 for each wrong answer. In addition, the UG exam will be 200 questions for 120 minutes. For the PG exam, the CLAT exam is planned for 100 questions of 100 points.
