कोरोना वैक्सीन लगवाने के लिए कराना होगा ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन

कोरोना वैक्सीन लगवाने के लिए ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना होगा। रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए फोटो पहचान पत्र अनिवार्य है। ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन के बिना वैक्सीन नहीं लगेगी। रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के ‘को-विन’ एप पर मांगी गई सारी जानकारी देनी होगी। हालांकि पहले चरण में होने जा रहे वैक्सीनेशन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो चुकी है।

आम लोगों के वैक्सीनेशन के लिए केन्द्र व राज्य अलग से गाइड लाइन जारी कर रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू किया जाएगा लेकिन उसमें भी ऑनलाइन और फोटो पहचान पत्र अनिवार्य होगा। जानकार बताते हैं कि को-विन एप, ऐसा एप है, जिस पर कोरोना वैक्सीन से जुड़ी हर गतिविधियों की निगरानी रखी जाएगी। इस एप पर जिन्हें वैक्सीन लगाई जानी है, उसका डाटा भी रजिस्टर करना होगा। प्रदेश में इसके लिए डाक्टरों व अन्य स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया है।

रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए आधार कार्ड, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पैनकार्ड, सर्विस पहचान पत्र, मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, स्मार्ट कार्ड, वोटर आईडी कार्ड, पंशन पहचान पत्र, कार्यालय पहचान पत्र, बैंक / पोस्ट ऑफिस पासबुक, स्वास्थ्य बीमा स्मार्ट कार्ड में से कोई एक फोटो पहचान पत्र जरूरी है।

Vaccination Eligibility for Citizen Phase I

Indian citizens who are more than 60 years Of legal age can register for the Corona Vaccine epidemic.

Corona Vaccine Online Registration process

A total of 4 people can be registered to one mobile phone number.

To register, OTP will come to your mobile phone, after that you will need to provide your photo identification proof type and number, your name, and date of birth.

In the final, you will have to make a scheduled appointment, in which you will have to choose your closest State, District, Block and then book it.

On the date and time of the appointment, you will have to go to the Corona epidemic and get vacancies.
