About the ECGC PO Exam 2021:

Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India (ECGC) take the written exam in both stages (online exam and descriptive article) on March 14, 2021. There are many candidates who were anxiously awaiting the exam dates so that they can prepare for their exam accordingly.

Nowadays, the level of competition becomes very high, so competitive exams become too difficult. Candidates facing critical “What to Prepare” and “How to Prepare” issues to do their best on their exams. So here we provide the latest syllabus and exam pattern.

ECGC PO Exam pattern :

The exam pattern for the written exam is as follows: –

Online exam:

• The examination will be objective.
• The questions will be in the form of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
• The total number of questions for this exam will be 200.
• The maximum grades for this exam will be 200.
• The time allotted for this exam will be 140 minutes.
• There will be a negative mark of 0.25 marks.

Descriptive document:

• This examination will be subjective.
• There will be two jobs in this exam.
• There will be two questions in each article from which candidates must select a question to try.
• The maximum score for this exam will be 40 points.
• The time allotted for this exam will be 40 minutes.

Interview:

Candidates who have been shortlisted in the online exam will subsequently be called for an interview by the company in Mumbai. The Center, the address of the place, the time, and the date of the interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter. Candidates are required to download their Interview Identification Letters from the Company’s website, i.e. www.ecgc.in. Please note that any request related to the change of date, center, etc. will not be accepted. of the interview. However, the Company reserves the right to change the date/place/time/center, etc. of the interview in unforeseen circumstances if any.

• The total score assigned to the interview is 60.
• The minimum scores in the interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC / ST / OBC / PWBD candidates).
• The weighting (ratio) of the online exam and the interview will be 80:20 respectively.
• The final combined score of the candidates will be obtained based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the online exam and interview.

Documents needed for the interview:

The following documents in original and self-affixed photocopies In support of the eligibility and identity of the candidate must be invariably presented at the time of the interview, otherwise, the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the interview. Failure to present the necessary documents by the candidate at the time of the interview will exclude his candidacy from continuing to participate in the selection process.

1. Printing of valid interview call letter.
2. Valid printout generated by the online application form system registered for the online exam.
3. Proof of Date of Birth (Certificate of Birth issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC / Std. X Certificate with DOB)
4. Proof of identity with photo as indicated in point H (i) of the advertisement
5. Grade sheets and certificate of graduation or grade exam, etc. The appropriate document from the Board / University must be presented to have declared the result on or before 03/31/2021.
6. Caste certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by the Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates.
7. Candidates who belong to the OBC category but are under a creamy coat and/or if their caste does not find a place in the Central List are not entitled to the OBC reservation. They must indicate their category as General in the online application form.
8. Certificate of income and assets issued by any of the Authorities as notified by the Government of India in the prescribed format in the case of candidates for the EWS category.
9. Certificate of disability in the prescribed format issued by the district medical board in the case of the category of persons with disabilities. If the candidate has used the services of a notary at the time of the online examination, the details of the notary duly filled in in the prescribed format.
10. A former military candidate must present a copy of the Service or Discharge Book along with the pension payment order and documentary proof of the last rank / currently held (substantive and acting) at the time of the interview. Those still in the defense service must present a certificate from a competent authority that they will be released from the defense services on or before 01/30/2021.
11. Candidates serving in government / quasi-government. Public sector offices/companies (including nationalized banks and financial institutions) must present a “Certificate of No Objection” from their employer at the time of the interview, in which case your candidacy and travel expenses will not be considered, if they would otherwise be admissible, it will not be paid. The Certificate of No Objection must be issued to appear at the interview for the selection of ECGC Ltd.
12. Individuals eligible for age reduction under paragraph II (5) of this Announcement must present a certificate from the District Magistrate to the effect that they are eligible for assistance under the enacted 1984 Riot Rehabilitation Package. by the Government and communicated by vide Ministry. of Finance, Communication of the Department of Financial Services No. F. No. 21/9/2006-IR dated 07.27.2007.

14. Persons belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) of item B (I) must present a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
