EIL Job Eligibility

Director (Finance): – 1. The applicant must be a Public Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA / PGDM course with a good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.

2. Account Services Officers of Organized Group A [i.e. Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian P&T Accounts & Finance Service, and Indian Cost Accounts Service] working at the appropriate level are exempt from these educational qualifications.
3. In addition, applicants from Central Government Services / Union Armed Forces / All India will also be exempted from educational qualifications as per (i) above, provided that the applicants have the relevant experience as mentioned in paragraph 4 below.

With regard to Organized Group A / Central Government / Union Armed Forces / All Indian Services Account Services applicants, Public Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA / PGDM will be a desirable educational qualification.

Experience: – 1. The applicant must have at least five years of accumulated experience at a higher level during the last ten years in the area of ​​Corporate Financial Management / Corporate Accounts in a reputable organization.

2. Applicants for Organized Group A Account Services must have at least five years of accumulated experience at a higher level during the last ten years in the area of ​​Corporate Financial Management / Corporate Accounts.

EIL Job Recruitment 2020 Age limit

Retirement age 60 years

Internal: – Minimum 45 years and maximum 2 years of residual service from the date of the vacancy w.r.t. the retirement date.

Other: – Minimum 45 years and maximum 3 years of residual service from the vacancy date w.r.t. the retirement date.
