Fujitsu Roles and Responsibilities

• The candidate must have excellent communications, verbal and written.
• A good command of the English language, fluency in speaking fluently in written English.
• You will be responsible for the Client’s calls.
• Strong knowledge and experience in human resource services, knowledge in resource activities such as bank management, rolloffs and requirements management will be responsible for starting requirements and closing them.
• You will be responsible for managing the Consultant’s General Data in regards to Resumes, Skills and Certification, etc.
• You will be responsible for meetings with Service Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers to understand the scope of work.
• You will be the central point of contact for the respective sales team.
• You will be responsible for candidate statuses and required requirement updates on weekly practice calls.
• You must have a mindset to think outside the box and deliver work on time.
• You must possess strong leadership skills to make sound decisions and not rely on supervisory support.
• Basic knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Also keep reports for practice when needed. Must have knowledge of CAN and US time zones.
• Willing to work night shift Hours from 7 pm to 4 am (male) and from 6 pm to 3 am (female).
