HAL Job 2020 Qualification / Experience

Apprentices:– NAC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in the respective area of recognized University / Board with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in industry/academics.

Visiting Faculty Members:– Degree / Diploma in the respective area of the University / Board recognized with one / two years of post-qualification experience, respectively, in the relevant field or NTC / NAC in the trade with 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. In the case of the trade apprenticeship program, preference will be given to a candidate with a Crafts Instructor Certificate (CIC).
