About Haryana Police Recruitment 2021:

Haryana Personnel Selection Commission (HSSC) you are taking a bailiff recruitment exam (male and female) in Haryana Police. In the selection process, candidates must apply in five different phases. Here we describe the entire Haryana Police selection process step by step. Candidates can apply from 12.06.2019 to 26.06.2019. The number of seats is 6000.

Haryana Police Constable Selection process :

The Haryana Personnel Selection Commission will complete the recruitment of agents based on the following selection process: –

  1. Knowledge test (written)
  2. Physical Screening Test (PST)
  3. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
  4. Document scrutiny (documentation)

Knowledge test (written exam)

Haryana Police Officer Exam Pattern: –

The Haryana Police Officer Exam Pattern is as follows:

► The written test will be of the objective multiple choice type.
► There will be a composite paper that carries 100 questions.
► Each question must have 0.80 points. Then the role will be a total of 80 points.
► The duration of the test will be 01:30 hours (90 minutes).
► The test medium will be Hindi, except for knowledge of the English language.
► The essay will include questions on general studies, general science, current affairs, general reasoning, mental aptitude, number ability, agriculture, animal husbandry, other relevant fields/trades, etc.
► There will be at least 10 questions related to basic computer skills.

Haryana Police Officers Program: –

The Haryana Police Officer Curriculum will be as follows:

General studies – In this objective of questions about the general knowledge of the surrounding society of the candidates to test awareness of the surrounding activities. History of India (mainly Haryana) and its adjacent countries, culture, geography, economic scene and constitution of India and state administration, political series of the country, five-year plan, the contribution of Haryana in the national movement.

Farming – Knowledge of the history/facts of agriculture, fruits, and vegetables, crop production, soil, fertility, fertilization, irrigation and damage, weed/pest control, types of crops, soil and land, horticulture, planting, and deforestation, etc.

Animal husbandry – Animal nutrition and nutritional importance, Animal breeds, the importance of animals, Livestock, Dairy, Diseases, and symptoms in animals, etc.

Reasoning – It will include verbal and non-verbal questions. Questions will be asked about analogies, similarities and differences, problem-solving, relationship, arithmetic, and other analytical functions, Venn diagrams, concepts of relationship and ability to observe and distinguish patterns, etc.

Current affairs – Questions will be asked from Indian Current Events, General Science, General Knowledge. The focus will be mainly on the current affairs of national and international news, important dates, science, technology, sports, and current culture.

Numerical ability – The arithmetic and number skills test will cover number systems, including questions on simplification, decimals, fractions, LCM, HCF, ratio and proportion, percent, average, profit and loss, discount, simple and compound interest, measurement, time and work, time & Distance, Tables, and Graphs, etc.

General Science – These tests are designed to assess knowledge and competencies of the concepts, principles, techniques, and physics of scientific methodology, chemistry, life sciences (biology), earth/space sciences, technologies, etc.

Physical Screening Test (PST): –

All Candidates who qualified for the Physical Measurement Test will undergo a Physical Selection Test, which will be qualifying in nature only, to assess their physical condition and endurance. Candidates, the same seven times no. of vacancies in each category will be called for PST. The rules prescribed for this test will be the following:

Physical Measurement Test (PMT): –

► The physical measurement test will be qualifying in nature only.

Height :

(i) General Category – Male (170 cms); Female (158 cms)
(ii) Reserve categories eligible according to the latest existing Government Policy – Men (168 cm); Female (156 cms)

Chest :

(i) General category – Male (83 cms (unexpanded) to 87 cms (Expanded))
(ii) Reserve Categories Eligible Under Latest Existing Government Policy – Male (81cm (Unexpanded) to 85cm (Expanded))

► In the case of Ex-Military, Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, and Overdue Class category, you will be given relaxation on the physical standard to the point of 1 inch in height and 1 inch in chest measurement.

Document scrutiny: –

All the candidates who have qualified for the Physical Selection Test will be summoned for the scrutiny of documents. All other candidates will be eliminated from the subsequent selection process.

Education (maximum 07 points): the candidate with higher education, that is, with a postgraduate degree in any branch of a recognized University, will obtain four (04) points: while the candidate with a postgraduate degree in any branch of a Recognized university will get three) marks.
