IMPCL Recruitment 2021 selection process
- Selection of candidates for positions in SI No. 1 and 2 [General Manager (Plant), Assistant General Manager (Marketing)] It will be based on personal interviews.
- A written test can be taken, if necessary, to select candidates for positions at SI. No. 3 and 4 [Deputy Manager (Production), Assistant Manager (Production)] followed by an interview. The number of candidates to be summoned for an interview will be according to IMPCL policy. It is essential to obtain minimum qualifying marks both in the written tests and in the separate interview. A list of merits will be prepared on the sum of the marks obtained in the written test if an interview is carried out. Alternatively, the selection will be made based solely on interviews.
- Note: If the number of candidates applying for any position and meeting the prescribed criteria is greater, the criteria for the preselection of candidates who will be summoned for a written test and/or interview can be reviewed.
