Kalyani University PG Merit List 2020 – Criteria

• The list of merits for the 60% category from the university of origin will be based on the grades obtained in the Honors course (Part 1+ Part 2+ Part 3) only. The added marks of the five best subjects will be considered, in case of a tie.
• List of merits of 40% Another university + University of origin and courses of the category 60 – 40, the 50% marks will be examined in the Honors subject (Part I + Part II + Part III) and the 50% marks in the Admission Test. If a tie occurs, the aggregate marks for the best of five subjects on the high school exam will be considered.
• In Postgraduate courses, a place will be assigned to “Sports Fee”. These applications must be in the prescribed format.
• For candidates who completed Part III, Hons, in any year 2014, 2015, 2016, 2% of grades will be deducted from the total qualifying exam percentage (B.S / B.Sc./ B.Com. Honors). And before 2013, qualified applicants don’t need to apply.
• For the Master of Extension and Lifelong Learning, Master of Library and Information Science (M.Lib.I.Sc.), Master of Rural Studies (MRS), contenders who have passed their qualifying exam on or before 2011 are not applicable to apply
• The admission test will be organized for PG and M.F.A courses from other universities and universities of origin that did not obtain a score of 60%.
• For M.F.A, a written test of 50 points and an interview and evaluation of original works will be carried out for 50 points.
