The existing options registered by the candidate, available on the home page, can be canceled one by one by clicking on the Cancel The button displayed next to each option or all superior options can be canceled by clicking the Cancel all superior options button if the candidate so wishes. The option once canceled can be reactivated using the Activate button, within a specified period of time.

Post-award activities

Candidates who obtain the assignment must appear before the Director / Head of the corresponding College / Institution for admission on the notified dates, with the following documents.

• Print the completed online application generated by the candidate.
• The original bank payment receipt/transaction receipt obtained in case of online payment for the registration fee.
• Assignment memo (most recent)
• Original grade list from the qualifying exam
• The original bank payment voucher/transaction voucher obtained in case of online payment of the university fee. (Includes special rate, membership, tuition, recognition, eligibility fee, etc.)
• Certificate proving the date of birth
• CT of the institution that last attended
• Course and conduct certificate
• Original Community Certificate / BPL Certificate if applicable.
• Non-creamy coating certificate in the case of ESCB / OEC candidates.
• Original certificates to prove the grace marks claim, if applicable.
• Certificate of Eligibility from the University of Kerala in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying exam other than HSE / VHSE conducted by the Government of Kerala or the exam conducted by CBSE (AISSCE) and ISCE.
• Any other relevant certificate for any claim made on the application.
