Gram Sevak – 792 Posts

Punjab SSSB VDO Posts Age Limit:

• The candidate must have reached the age of 18 years but must not be greater than 37 years on January 1, 2022.
• The maximum age limit for Candidates belonging to Scheduled castes and late classes of the State of Punjab will be 42 years
• The maximum age limit for State and central government employees they will be 45 years with exemption from the upper age limit.
• For ex-servicemen residing in Punjab, the upper age limit shall be as per the Punjab Ex-Servicemen Recruitment Rules, 1982, as amended from time to time. This age limit is considered after deducting the period of service rendered from your age in the Army so that you meet the conditions of the age limit.
• The maximum age limit for disabled people residing in Punjab will be 47 years with a 10-year resignation.
• The upper age limit for widows, divorcees and some other categories of married women according to the instructions issued by the Government of Punjab vide Letter No. 1/50/83-5PP(1368)/3454 dated 23.04.1984 will be relaxed until 40 years.

Punjab SSSB VDO Posts Pay Scale:

Rs. 19,900/- (According to 7th CPC/Pay Matrix and internal committee recommendation (Minimum Allowable Payment)

Punjab SSSB VDO Educational Qualification Posts:

1. Matric with Punjabi as subject;
2. 10+2 (in second division)
3. Graduated in any discipline from a recognized University or institution; Y
4. One year Diploma course in computer applications from a recognized institution.

Preference will be given to a candidate holding a B.Com degree or any higher degree in the field of commerce from a recognized university or institution who will be awarded five points.

Punjab SSSB VDO Posts Application Fee:

• Overall category – Rs. 1000/- (only thousand rupees)
• SC/BC/EWS – 250/- (two hundred and fifty rupees only)
• Former military and dependents: 200/- (two hundred rupees only)
• Physically handicapped – Rs. 500/- (four hundred rupees only)
