• Candidates must not be under 18 or over 37 as of 04.01.2020.
• The upper age limit is relaxed up to 45 years for all employees of the Punjab state government.
• The upper age limit is relaxed up to a maximum of 5 years, that is, up to 42 years for Punjab caste / backward scheduled classes.
• Former servicemen of Punjab domicile may deduct the period of their service in the Union Armed Forces from their actual age and if the resulting age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for direct appointment to such vacancy in the service rules affected for more than three years, it will be considered that he meets the conditions related to the age limit.
