- Bachelor of Architecture from a statutory University in India or degree recognized as equivalent by the Government. Preference will be given to those who, after obtaining a degree in Architecture, hold a postgraduate degree/diploma in urban/urban / regional planning from a statutory university in India or its equivalent.

Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Indian Statutory University with Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Urban / Regional Planning from Indian Statutory University or its equivalent. - Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of the Rajasthani culture.
