Manager / Chief Manager (Credit Operations): – Bachelor’s degree (Finance / Economics / Commerce) and / or a PG degree in any of the following subjects: CA / ICWA / MBA.
RHFL Recruitment 2020 Age limit
For managers: –
- Age not exceeding 28 years from 01-08-2020 (relaxation generally up to 40 years of age can be considered based on previous adequate and relevant experience for cases that deserve it, at the discretion of the Administration).
- Minimum 3 years experience (for an age not exceeding 28 years) in the banking / financial sector with experience in credit operations, core banking solutions, data center management, data hosting, big data analytics and experience in quantitative models, etc. relaxation, corresponding additional experience would be required.
For main managers: –
- Age not exceeding 32 years from 01-08-2020 (relaxation generally up to 45 years of age can be considered based on previous experience that is appropriate and relevant for deserving cases, at the discretion of the Administration).
- Minimum 5 years experience (for an age not exceeding 32 years) in the banking / financial sector with experience in credit operations, core banking solutions, data center management, data hosting, big data analysis, and experience in quantitative models, etc. relaxation, corresponding additional experience would be required.
