Physical standards for SSC Constable GD Recruitment 2021

The physical standards established for the position of Sheriff are:
a height :
For Men: 170 cms.
For females: 157 cms.
b) Chest :
Only for males – Unexpanded: 80 cms.
– Expanded: Minimum expansion 5 cms.
c) Weight :
For men and women: proportional to height and age according to medical standards.
c) Race (run) :
For men: 5 km. in 24 minutes.
For females: 1.6 km. in 8 minutes 30 seconds.

SSC Constable GD Recruitment 2021 Selection process –

The hiring process will consist of-

• – Online written exam,
• – Test of physical standards,
• – Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Recognition.

One hundred rupees only (100 rupees) payable via CRF stamps for offline application or SBI Challan or online payment via SBI Challan / Net banking / credit / debit cards in case of online application.
