About hiring UPSSSC stenographers:

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) had invited applications to fill 352 Stenographer positions in various UP Government departments. The application submission process runs through December 24, 2016 to December 26, 2016. UPSSSC will conduct a written test to complete this recruitment.

About the UPSSSC Stenographer Exam:

UPSSSC conducted a written examination for the stenographer position on March 10, 2019 in Lucknow. Qualified candidates for the stenography test and the typing test were summoned on November 23 to December 7, 2019. Qualified candidates from the typing and stenography test were called for an interview from November 3 to November 26, 2020.

UPSSSC Stenographer Recruitment Selection process :

The selection will be made as follows ……….

• Written exam : 40 points
• Grades based on educational qualification : 30 marks (max.)
• Brands expert players : 05 marks (max.)
• Interview : 25 points

Candidates who qualify on the written exam will be called up for the typing test / skill test. The typing test will be qualifying in nature. Candidates who pass the typing test will be eligible for the interview. Final credit will be done as suggested above.
